The Journey of 'The Bhopal Enigma' its creation
'The Bhopal Enigma' is a sculpture that is going on a long journey in an attempt to solve the enigma. The journey of 'The Bhopal Enigma' began with its own creation in a workshop in Norfolk, England. Its creation was as a consequence of PM David Cameron's statements in India in support of DOW Chemicals and justifying DOW Chemicals being lauded at the 2012 London Olympics. The Enigma first went on a stroll around the City of London during the Olympics. It was not allowed near the Olympic Park. It then joined a Protest March along Mile End Rd to Bow. It met Samar S Jodha and his Bhopal, A Silent Picture at the offices of Amnesty International in London It joined an International Candlelit Vigil outside the Houses of Parliament in London. It met two survivors of the Disaster during their UK Tour, when they finally arrived at City Hall, London. details on the drop down menu |
