One night, thousands of days and tens of thousands of lives

Gassed. We wondered why they said everyone who died or endlessly suffered in Bhopal were gassed until we saw the film One Night in Bhopal on youtube.
We had always thought it was due to the dangerous chemicals used in Pesticide manufacture. Oh sorry, it is that too. And most of us around the world are exposed to chemicals used as pesticides, oh dear.

Once on youtube you will see a number of other films about Bhopal.

Enigma. The sculpture The Bhopal Enigma began its tour at the London Olympics because DOW Chemicals are trying to use sponsorship of the Olympics to whitewash their reputation rather than mend some of the human damage and suffering that they have caused since their amalgamation with Union Carbide.

Pesticides

Funny that you know.
The disaster happened because DOW/Union Carbide cut back on Health and Safety because the Indian farmers did not want to buy their horrible Pesticides (see the film 'One Night in Bhopal' above).

And the present campaigns asks people the world over NOT to buy or use Pesticides.
So what is going to happen next? Take a guess !
